- WHY IS THERE LIMITED STOCK FOR SOME OF THE PRODUCTS?

We honor the process of nature. Natural quality goods take time and you have to work with what nature provides you. We believe in sourcing without putting a strain on our environment. This means not over picking and over planting the grounds where our key products and botanicals grow. Also we want to ensure maximum freshness, this is why we produce in small batches.
COMPENDIUM undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stock. When items are temporarily unavailable this will be communicated through the site. In case you placed an order and have paid for an item which is currently out of stock we will send you an email to inform you of this.
You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. When decided to cancel your order we will undertake to give you a full refund.

- Where do the ingredients originate from?

The botanicals used in the current collection of COMPENDIUM products are sourced from different regions in the world. Our main ingredients are sourced from our family property in the Atlas Mountains (Morocco) and fields in the Sous Valley (Morocco) and Nagpur (India).

- ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALL-NATURAL?

The oil is created with 100% natural ingredients, developed without the use of any chemicals, synthetics, animal additives and is gluten-free.
- ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE FREE?

Our products are free of artificial and none natural derived fragrances. The formulation of our botanicals create the scent of each product.

Because our current collection of products are al hand-prepared to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made, do not hestitate to contact us. All our products will be provided with a quality check. However in case you feel like the product does not suffice the quality requirements, please contact us. We will then investigate the product. When it indeed does not cope with the quality requirements, we’ll make sure to provide you with a new item.

Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery. Delivery times will be communicated once placing an order. All orders are shipped with a track and trace number to make sure you can always locate your order online.
